Política de pagos: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments by Credit card. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.

Política de cancelación: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment of deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent that are less then 30days.

Normas: 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 1 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.

3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

3. No water on bedroom hardwood floors, please towel off or enter into the home through the great room from the pool. The floors are teak wood, and they warp easily from water.

4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is not required but credit card information is required. No charge will be applied to your card as long as the following provisions are met.

a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.

d. All keys are returned to rental agent

e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

f. No linens are lost or damaged.

5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons.

a. Pool is serviced 2 times per week

b. Maid service every odd day and will change all Linens and towels
