Expat Cielo is almost like Heaven! On the beach, modern new building. Only 5 miles from Playas commercial area. Five minutes to the new super mall. One hour to Guayaquil. Can accommodate 10 people. Upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, dining area, family room, bathroom and roomy balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean! Downstairs also has a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, dining area, living room, bathroom and spacious outside patio area! There is also a large roof terrace for lounging or entertaining. Directv and Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also included. Our two units can be combined or use separately. The property is completely walled, gated and monitored. Cheap local bus service to Playas' commercial area is available right in front of our property on a paved road. Reasonable taxi service is also available. We have enough parking at Expat Cielo for multiple vehicles. Some activities in our area, include swimming, surfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, horseback riding, dirt biking and cultural and nature exploration. All for only $95.00 per day for both downstairs and upstairs! Minimum stay one week. Pets allowed on request. No smoking indoors. Inexpensive laundry service and shuttle service are additional.

Within a few minutes walk you can select from many good restaurants. Across the road the water is warm and the waves are gentle, so your children can play in the water while you watch from your rented beach chair and umbrella. You can purchase ice cream, sandwiches, coconuts, or a bottle of beer from beach vendors that cater to your every need. You can also rent Rent 3rd bedroom. The cost for 3rd bedroom Christmas $30C for week and New Years and Carnivals is $300 per week.
