Use a mild or neutral detergent. Wash separately from other items to prevent colour transfer or contamination. If machine washing, place the item in a laundry bag and use a gentle/wool cycle with standard spin. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry, as it may cause the product to lose its shape. After washing, reshape and spread the item out evenly. Avoid direct sunlight and allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Exchange Policy Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, wrapping paper, and any free gifts included. Exchange and return delivery costs will be borne by the customer. Once the item has been used, it cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons, including hair, smell, stains, or signs of wear. We are unable to accept exchanges for items that are damaged due to customer handling, misuse, removal of tags, or loss/damage of packaging. If the products unique packaging is damaged and affects the products value, the item will not be eligible for exchange. Product damage caused by customer carelessness will not be compensated.
