London Marathon Medal & Bib Framed Print

*SUPPLING YOUR PHOTO The running photo must be supplied as a high resolution printable digital file. We will send you a digital proof of your print on email so that you can check and confirm everything as correct before your print is printed. Any delay in approval of the proof could delay the dispatch day of the print. Your print will be dispatched 2-3 working days after approval of your proof. THE PRINT Printed on a professional 12 colour printer giving an exceptional print quality. We use the finest quality professional high-grade 280gsm satin photo paper. FIXING THE BIB AND MEDAL TO THE PRINT Be careful when opening the frame and handling the print. Print care experts would recommend a pair of white cotton gloves, I wouldn’t necessarily go that far but clean, dry hands are a must to prevent finger smudges etc. Handle your print as little as possible and avoid touching the front of the print. 1. Remove the print from the frame – Lift up all the metal clasps on the back. 2. Gently remove the backing board and set aside. 3. Carefully remove the grey board. Please note: your print is fixed to this along the left and right sides of the print. Try to avoid putting face down (print side) but if you need to ensure surface is fully cleaned and free from dust. 4. Fix the double sided sticky pads in the correct location for mounting the bib. 5. Fix the bib in place. 6. Fix the medal in place, by carefully feeding the ribbon through the top in-between the print and grey board. position the medal in the correct position on the front, then carefully tape the ribbon on the reverse so the medal stays in position. 7. With the Medal and bib in-place very carefully position the print back into the frame. You may need to wipe the inside of the perspex with a lint free cloth before re-assembling. 8. Check the position of everything is still correct then replace the outer board and close the tabs to secure the print into the frame. 9. Remove the protective film on the outer perspex and wipe clean if needed. Well done, you can now hang your keepsake. PLEASE NOTE Every care will be taken to ensure your framed print arrives in perfect condition. For any reason your frame does not arrive in perfect condition please do let me know.
