Description There are two options for disposal of Sharps containers: First method will require you know of the proper disposal locations. Disposal requirements vary by state and sometimes by city. Be sure to check your local requirements on how to safely dispose of your box once full. Drop off your full box at a proper facility. Second method will allow you to mail your full box to a proper facility. Includes one Sharps Container, a postage prepaid return box, a protective 3 ml red bag liner and a 4 part simplified tracking form. The cost of incineration and all mailings are included. Easy! Be sure to select the disposal method you would prefer. SKUs for Self Disposal Method: STERXPD (1 pint, special top prevents spillage) by Sterex – our slimmest model, sure to fit in any tight space. Height is 5.75″ and slim diameter of 1″. PD_HQY (.5 Quart) – New! Yellow with red lid; measures 4.5″W x 4.75″ H MS200PD (1 Quart size) ~ this is the size most often used by electrologists and measures 7″H x 3.5″W MS300PD (2.2 Quart size) MS47447 (5 Quart freestanding size, round) SKUs for Disposal by Mail: SDBM14 (1.4 Quart) – Currently the only size available.
