Graphite Insulation Shapes are manufactured and fabricated from our rayon graphite boards. This insulation material is specifically designed for high-temperature vacuum and inert gas furnaces, among other applications. Material is pre-fired / heat-treated to 3992℉ (2200℃) to promote consistent insulation performance, higher purity, and reduced ash content. The material can be purified to ≤ 20ppm if needed and our engineering team will work with you to fabricate exactly what is needed for your application.Surface & layering Options Materials such as Graphite Foil, Carbon Fiber Composite (CFC), and GraphiSeal can be used to enhance the perforamnce of our graphite boards and shapes.
