*SUPPLING YOUR PHOTO The running photo must be supplied as a high resolution printable digital file. Minimum size for an A4 print: 800 pixels height x 600 pixels wide Minimum size for an A3 print: 1062 pixels height x 827 pixels wide Minimum size for an A2 print: 1380 pixels height x 1075 pixels wide A smaller photo can be used on the print but this would appear smaller on the print. **ANY YEAR The Great South Run course may be different dependant on the year. If the course is different to the this listing any year course can be created providing the course is available online or you are able to supply. If the course cannot be found a full refund will be given. SIZES AVAILABLE A4 – 297mm (w) x 210mm (h) A3 – 420mm (w) x 297mm (h) A2 – 594mm (w) x 420mm (h) A4 prints contain a 10mm white border A3 prints contain an 15mm white border A2 prints contain an 25mm white border The white colour option does not have a border and prints to the edge of the print. PERSONALISATION As this product is made to order please triple check your personalisation. We will send you a digital proof of your print on email so that you can check and confirm everything as correct before your print is printed. Any delay in approval of the proof could delay the dispatch day of the print. Your print usually dispatches 1-2 working days after approval of your proof. PRINT Printed on a professional 12 colour or 8 colour inkjet printer. A4 and A3 prints printed on professional high-grade 280gsm satin paper. A2 prints printed on professional high-grade high-grade 260gsm satin paper. PLEASE NOTE This is for a print only, frame not included! Every care will be taken to ensure your poster arrives in perfect condition. A4 and A3 prints will be sent in a clear cello sleeve secured onto thick card and posted in a rigid cardboard backed envelope. A2 prints will be wrapped in tissue paper, rolled and posted in either a rigid postal tube. Please remove your print carefully from the envelope/tube and handle as little as possible before framing to reduce the risk of creasing or finger marks. Should for any reason your print not arrive in perfect condition please do let me know. Every effort is made to ensure the product images are as colour accurate as possible. However, colours may vary due to the fact that every computer monitor displays colours differently.
