Since that time, she has produced over 250 quilts, many of them her original designs. Her designs and patterns can be found at quilt shops around the country. She is the author of the book Crazy Patchwork and Hummingbirds & Friends, a block-of-the-month pattern available through AQS. Alice is a respected teacher, offering a wide variety of classes and workshops. She especially embraces the opportunity to teach appliqué, crazy patchwork, and needlework. Over the years, this award-winning quilter has developed many time-saving techniques to aid in the preparation portion of appliqué. Alice lives in Texas with her husband, Bill, and their rescue dog, Lucy.
