Description This unit is new out of box. • There may be minor scratches, but the unit is not used. Operating from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with moisture controls, the Toastmaster 3B82D food warming drawer unit keeps food at safe, ready-to-serve temperatures. With an integrated safety zone thermostat, the unit measures the coolest point in the drawer for accurate temperature checks. The operator can ensure the temperature is high enough to prevent bacteria growth but not so high that it will dry the product out. Two 16-inch-by-16-inch-by-5-inch pans fit in the two drawers, but food can also be held in containers or placed directly in the unit. There are 20 bearings in each drawer to support the load while guiding the drawers out. Positive-action, spring-loaded latches secure the drawers when they are closed, preventing warm air leaks. Retaining heat inside the Toastmaster food warming drawer unit, insulation is built into each side.
