Very lean, our free range chicken breasts are perfect with an array of different home-cooked sauces, or cut into cubes in a curry, or into strips in a stir-fry. All of our free range chicken comes from Beech Ridge Farm in Hockworthy, Somerset, owned by Chris and Holly Dibble. Beech Ridge is committed to rearing all its chicken and poultry in a totally free-range environment where the birds have free run of the farm during the day. Just as nature intended. Beech Ridge’s free range chickens are slow-grown and live twice the length of their supermarket counterparts. We like to fry ours in butter and garlic, mushrooms, bacon and leeks, with a good glug of white wine, and finished with cream or creme fraiche. 2 breasts per pack, 350g to 450g.
