Our chicken mince is from high-welfare, barn-reared chickens that have been raised in an environment where the birds have ample space to roam and engage in natural behaviours that prioritise their health and well-being. Chicken mince is very lean and offers a great alternative to beef, lamb or pork with lower fat content. We like to use ours in stir fries, or to make chicken burgers where we add onion and breadcrumbs for body, a touch of chilli and Worcestershire sauce. Try them in a brioche bun with a slice of tomatoes and all the usual relishes.
