All our free-range duck livers are from Beech Ridge Farm in Hockworthy, Somerset, owned by Chris and Holly Dibble. Beech Ridge is committed to rearing all its poultry in a totally free-range environment where the birds have free run of the farm during the day. Just as nature intended. This product will have previously been frozen and will arrive in a thawed or partially thawed state. Not suitable for refreezing. We like to fry ours in garlic, cream and shallots and then served on toast or with warm sourdough. Or, you can make a rich duck pate.
