Our free range chicken drumsticks are fantastic in a casserole, stew or curry, or simply roasted on their own with a little garlic and rosemary for an easy meal. All of our free range chicken comes from Beech Ridge Farm in Hockworthy, Somerset, owned by Chris and Holly Dibble. Beech Ridge is committed to rearing all its chicken and poultry in a totally free-range environment where the birds have free run of the farm during the day. Just as nature intended. Beech Ridge’s free range chickens are slow-grown and live twice the length of their supermarket counterparts. We like to do ours fried in butter and garlic, mushrooms and bacon, a good glug of red wine and simmered in chicken stock. A short-cut Coq au Vin for a tasty midweek meal. Pop a few in the freezer!
